PARENTS AND BABIES SPIN

Parents and Babies is a spin class that you can bring your baby to. Cycle to the beat to burn fat and increase cardio fitness, climb hills to increase strength and muscle tone, and expect to burn upwards of 600 calories!  

Please bring your baby in a bouncer or car seat as your baby will go on the floor next to your bike so you can keep an eye on it throughout the class. Feel free to bring a pram if it can fold away, we can store it at the back of the studio for you. Please also bring a sweat towel and a water bottle.

Tuesdays: 10am at Micycle

Wednesdays: 10.30 at Micycle

MPOWERED ATLAS BABIES AND PARENTS

Atlas Babies and Parents is a fitness class that you can bring your baby (or babies!) to. A spacious venue with plenty of room for prams and pushchairs, this class works around looking after your little ones.

In 60 minutes we look at increasing strength, stamina and post-partum fitness. There’s a focus on core work and an accommodation of common post pregnancy problems, such as diastatis recti. The class is for all levels and there’re exercises for when your baby is sleeping and when your baby is up and about.

It doesn’t matter if your baby is screaming the house down or snoozing peacefully, the relaxed atmosphere means everyone is welcome and supported. Book your space using the button below.

MPOWERED ATLAS

In 60 minutes we focus on strength, speed, stamina, power and core. You'll use your bodyweight to build strength, you'll see your fitness levels soar through a mixture of endurance, circuit and Tabata work, and the core section will give you abs so strong you'll be able to crack nuts on them. Expect to burn around 900 calories.

Whether you're an absolute beginner or a seasoned pro there are levels for everyone. It's an inclusive and supportive environment in which everyone is welcomed and encouraged. 

WHEN: Mondays at 7pm

WHERE: Micycle in the Winter. Priory Park in the Summer.

BURNR

Melissa's classes at BURNR cater for every type of cyclist. If you're after amazing tunes, riding on the beat, busting out some killer choreography and, in general, having an an incredible time on a bike, you don't need to look anywhere else. Equally, if you're trying to increase your power, stamina and Watt output these classes will give you everything you need and more. 

WHEN: Thursdays at 6.15pm (Teen Spin) and 7.30pm

Melissa has teamed up with the lovely Micycle N4 family to bring you an Indoor Cycling class like no other in London. Once only operating as a bicycle repair shop, we've now transformed the shop floor into a fully functioning indoor cycling studio.

If you're after more individual attention and coaching, these intimate classes will deliver. Expect the same high energy levels and unmissable playlists while riding alongside some of the friendliest people in North London. Plus, you can get that dodgy left brake on your trusty town bike seen to by the Micycle boys after class.

WHEN: Wednesdays at 9.30am and 7.15pm, Fridays at 9.30am, and Sundays at 10.30 and 11.30am
