Terms & Conditions

1. If you want or need to cancel or defer the space anytime up until four weeks before the course start date the amount is fully refundable and we can defer you onto a later course (if space is available) with no charge.

2. If the place is cancelled three weeks or more before the course start date 50% of the course fee is refunded. If you defer the place to a later course a fee of £20 is charged.

3. If the place is cancelled between two and three weeks ahead of the course start date 25% of the course fee is refunded. If you defer the place to a later course a fee of £30 is charged.

4. If the place is cancelled anytime within two weeks ahead of the course start date the amount is non refundable.If you defer the place to a later course, a fee of £50 is charged.

5. If the place is cancelled anytime within 7 days of the course start date the amount is nonrefundable. If you defer the place to a later course a fee of £150 is charged.

6. If you need to resubmit your practical assessment there is a reassessment fee of £25.
