Melissa has spent more time on a bike than most people have spent in bed.
Melissa is hugely passionate about inspiring, motivating and encouraging students to be the next generation of top instructors.
The academy has so far certified over 600 indoor cycling instructors who have all gone on to teach in top studios from The Third Space to Psycle to KXU and Equinox to name just a few. Her love and passion for her craft is passed on to everyone who attends her courses and her classes.
Melissa owns her own boutique cycling studio Cadence Indoor Cycling in London, which she opened in 2023. Cadence offers the best Indoor Cycling classes in the capital and her classes are all taught by academy graduates. You can find Melissa teaching there almost every day.
Melissa loves creating new ways to exercise and is responsible for designing and choreographing classes for many of the the top studios and gyms in London. She often consults for cycling related articles in the media and is regularly featured in cycling magazines, advertising campaigns, podcasts and radio. You can also find her instructing for one of the world’s most popular cycling apps Keiser’s - The Ride. As well as her passion for riding bikes that go nowhere Melissa also adores taking her two wheels outside and loves cycling round the hilliest parts of the UK (as long as there’s a pub involved).

“The depth of knowledge Melissa brings to her training is remarkable. She has a way of breaking down the science and art of indoor cycling so you leave feeling truly prepared to teach.”
