Over 43 individual lessons, Melissa will take you through everything you need to know to be a confident, competent, and talented Indoor Cycling instructor. This certification is unique in that it teaches you to expertly coach choreography and rhythm riding, as well as understand power zones and the science behind cycling, so you can proficiently teach a data driven performance riding class. Whatever your passion, you’ll come away with everything you need to be a talented, well rounded, and knowledgable coach. Having certified over 500 Indoor Cycling Instructors in her career - it’s fair to say you’re in safe hands.

Your learning starts as soon as you book when you get full access to the entire online course. You’ll have a month (which is more than enough time) to complete the modules and assessment but there’s also an option to extend your learning time if you feel you need it.
Some of the learning can be done at home on the sofa with a nice cup of tea (or gin and tonic, no judgement here) and some of the modules will require you to have access to a bike so you can ride along (probably leave the gin for this bit).
There’s a full example class that you get to take part in too.
After you’ve completed all the modules, there’s a multiple choice quiz, and a practical assessment submitted by video whenever you’re ready (don’t worry, all this is explained in lots of detail in the assessment module).
Assessments are marked within seven days of being received but if you want to fast track your assessment there’s an option to get accredited as a fully fledged Indoor Cycling Instructor within 48 hours (again more detailed information can be found in the relevant module).
The course is powered by Teachable, one of the largest and best Online Learning Platforms in the world. This means once you’re signed up, you have access to all of the content straightaway, your progress is automatically recorded, you can make notes directly into the software, rewatch lessons, and much much more.

We offer two pricing options for the course: £199 for one month of full access and £249 for two months’ access. It's important to note that both options provide identical course content. We want to ensure transparency and assure you that the choice between these options is based on how much time you’d like. One month is more than enough time to complete the course, so please feel free to select the option that best suits your learning timeline. If you do decide to go for the one month option, but realise once you’ve started that you want to extend your learning time, there’s an option to do that too.

There are no compulsory additional costs. There’s no yearly subscription or renewal. Once you’re certified, that’s it! Everything you need to certify with us is included in our cheapest package at £235. We do have a few optional extras available, for example you can fast track your assessment for £30, or book some 1-to-1 video time with Melissa for £50.
In order to comply with our CIMSPA accreditation and make you the best indoor cycling instructor possible, a certain level needs to be reached in your assessment. Don’t worry, we tell you exactly what you need to do in your assessment and give you all the information, coaching and tips to pass first time! If you don’t pass your assessment first time, there’s a £30 resubmission fee.

The short answer is; yes.
To get the most out of the course, some of the lessons require you to ride along (as well as needing a bike to be able to submit your practical assessment).
If you don’t have a bike at home, you can ask your local gym or studio if you can use a bike when there isn’t a class on. We’ve rarely heard this request turned down and it’s a good way to let them know you’re training and even potentially up for teaching for them in the future! Studios are always on the look out for new, dedicated instructors. Especially if they’ve trained with us! ;-)

“Superbly structured course. Challenging, very informative and overall an incredible way to work out the body and mind. The course arms you with all you need to know and the intense skill to be a fantastic trainer and teacher.”
